Tribute to Mandela: An artistic celebration on Saturday Image

The Minister of Youth and Culture, the Honourable Lisa Hanna, MP has announced that her ministry is organising a celebration event in honour of the late former President of the Republic of South Africa, Nelson Mandela.
Minister Hanna said the event dubbed 'Tribute to Mandela: An artistic celebration' will take place this Saturday, 14 December 2013 at Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre, 36 Hope Road between the hours of 6pm and 2am.

She said the programme will be a fitting tribute to the late freedom icon and will feature song, dance and speech by a host of Jamaica's leading singers, musicians, dancers and poets.

The event will be free and open to the public.
