Jesse Royal has teamed up with XTM Nation and DubShot Records to release his new single Silent River, which will be available on iTunes, Spotify, and all digital outlets in March 18, 2016.

Jesse Royal has made quite a name for himself recently with a string of top releases and collaborations including his hit singles “Modern Day Judas,” the ganja friendly “Finally,” and the heartrending lover’s anthem “Feel Your Pain” released on Dubshot/Palace Pickney. Showcasing the singer’s lyrical prowess “Silent River,” is the latest release featured on Major Lazer’s wildly successful Royally Speaking mixtape, and produced by XTM Nation’s own Kareem Burrell and co-produced by Jesse Royal. It was recorded at Tuff Gong Studios, mixed at Anchor Studios, and mastered at Sterling Sound Studios in New York City. Featured on the instrumentation are all-star musicians Kirk (Kirkledove) Bennet on drums, Llamar (Riff Raff) Brown on Keys, Mittchum (Khan) Chin on guitars, Dean Fraxer on Sax, Nambo Robinson on Trombone, Hopeton Williams on Trumpet, and Denver (Feluke) Smith on Percussion.

Jesse Royal has remained an enigma in the reggae world and his mysterious rise to fame seemed almost pre-destined, his mother had this to say about the talented young singer:

“He will be a psalmist, declaring righteousness and justice throughout creation”

The new single is part of his regular set and he will be performing live in NYC 4/20 with the Easy Star AllStar band at the Highline Ballroom.
